lets analyze, "duality."
duality is creation of human mind. actually it doesnt exist. actually the universe is single . only one.
beautiful vs ugly, good vs bad, pleasant vs unpleasant, happiness vs sad etc
these r all creation of human mind which have hiajacked their mind. actually i view neutrality. i dont see anything black or white. i see everything grey.
anlalyze urself,:- if u feel happy , then u must feel sad. if u see something beautiful then u must see something ugly.
but the truth is that these opposite polarity is same and only 1 energy that human mind have created division. if u integrate these dualilty into singularity, ur thinking will not remain same
