why shouldnt u make any decision if u r in emotional turbulence ?
lets analyze it, ur mind is designed to handle 1 task at a time. not multitasking. if u direct all ur thinking and energy to one action , that action will be sucessful, similar to a lens can burn a paper if sun rays are concenterated through it.
if u r feeling sad, then one type of task is already going on ur brain. think it, ur mind dont understand whether its sad , happiness whatever ; in ur brain neurotransmission is going on in 1 activity to make it more magnificient. for e.g. if u r feeling sad, sadness is in process of magnification by neurotransmistter. at that time, if u want to think creative or u want to make any decision, that creation or decision will not be perfect. similar is phenomenon of excitement.
so, if u want perfect decison or perfect creation , u have to stop all those collateral neurotransmission that is going on.
my tool to helping u make perfect decision. sit relaxly. close ur eyes. focus on ur breath, for 5 min. then open ur eye then make decision.
