see, people complain about everything.they tell that my spouse is not good, my boss is not good, my working environment is not fit etc. lets analyze it . actually the situation that u r in is not actually good or bad, your mind is analyzing those situation awkward. so , the problem is not in the outside world. the problem is in ur mind. the same situation in which one people feels good, the other people hate it. so, the situation is neither good or neither bad. you r analyzing it good or bad. when u realize this, your half problem is solved. u chose to feel yourself good or bad.and u blame on others that this or that made me feel bad.if ur mind becomes as stable as mountain, then no external environment can make u feel bad or good.your mind becomes stable to all situation.your thinking calrity will be increased. how to acheive stability of mind?
