you have been sent by this cosmos on this planet to contribute to this planet.but you r constantly grudging on your fear, anxiety, shameness.  you havent realized that you can contribute something greatest to this humanity. make habit of giving rather than taking.this will give u a sense satisfaction.contribute to humanity before your body rots in the soil of this planet and worms eat ur flesh.
